			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I love learning a new <strong>keyboard shortcut</strong>.  There are many out there &#8211; too many to memorize, so I gravitate toward a few I know I&#8217;ll use on a consistent basis.</p>
<p>Just as you read from left to right, the corresponding icons in the <strong>Quick Launch tool bar</strong> are assigned numbers from [1] on the far left, than [2], etc. If you are using <strong>MS Vista</strong>, you can quickly select items in your Quick Launch tool bar by selecting the &#8220;Win&#8221; key + the number [#_] of the associated icon.  So if Internet Explorer is the second icon in your Quick Launch tool bar, press the &#8220;Win Key&#8221; + &#8220;2&#8243; and wah-lah, your browser opens (that is, if you are browser-challenged and NOT using Firefox)!  This works no matter what application has the focus.</p>
