Hmmm.  I followed a link to Humor-Blogs.com from the JunkDrawerBlog.com (@Sun. June 15, 7:45am EST) and came upon the following:

This is a great Freeware program that allows you to view all of the programs that are launching when you boot your PC.
CodeStuff’s Starter program is one I have kept around for awhile now. There is a new(er) update available (v5.6.2.8) and it works on my Vista machine.
