Below is a Web site listing programs that can be carried/executed from a portable USB thumb-drive. These micro flash drives are very popular today, having taken over what floppy disks used to do and with google-droopled sizes (1.44 MB floppy vs. 128MB,256MB,512MB,1Gig etc.)
The programs that are listed do not need to be installed on the host computer, they will simply run straight from the USB drive. You can carry your whole email program or web browser around with you this way.

My latest diversion is trolling through blogs at Blogspot.com. There is more fluff than filler as I have found. Once you arrive at a blog, just click on the link “Next Blog” appearing on each page in the upper right corner: This propells you to another random blog (or in my dial-up case, gives me a chance to hit the bathroom). Where am I going with this? Ah yes. I was looking through my referrer logs today and noticed what appeared to be a non-spam related website: bluefairlane.blogspot.com So I checked it out.
